The STV Technology turned to us with a request to relocate several machines within their production plant in Polička, Czech Republic. As the client’s machinery equipment consisted of machines for military equipment production of significant value, we recommended special transport insurance of up to 20 million crowns.
The relocation took place in cooperation with several suppliers. The preparation of roads and the construction of a tailor-made ramp were arranged by an external construction company. Together with a Belgian supplier, we dismantled the machines and ensured their reassembly. We were also in charge of moving, loading, unloading, and setting up the machines in place in the production hall; all using a forklift, a crane, and a low-loader.
The relocation was completed in 4 days.
